I was in your establishment about 10 days ago or so.nMs Penny was the young lady that gave me VIP treatment, haircut, massage and hot towel treatment.nI can not express my gratitude enough to this young lady. She has a great sense of humor, very professional in her duties and just seems to me, a great asset to the Sport Clips family.nThank you Ms Penny for taking care of me, with class, professionalism, style and humor. There aren't enuf stars to truly express my experience. Thank you

I didn't think it was nearly as friendly as the local ProCuts, however it was a good haircut. Lacking on the personal service side though. My stylist didn't even ask if I wanted shampooing. It would have been a nice up sell for them but I wasn't offered that service.

A great place for a basic haircut. I took one star away cause they lack consistency. One stylist will be awesome and the next will be “basic”. Unfortunately the later is more frequent.

They get you in and out, they do excellent work, and they make a valid attempt to make a stranger feel welcome. My friends and family often ask me why I pay $20+ for a haircut, and the answer is simple..... You receive so much more than just a haircut. You receive a inquisitive conversation from your stylist, you receive a comfortably warmed steamed towel followed immediately up with a facial massage. You get a shampoo with a thorough scalp massage in a massage chair that is likely to put you to sleep it is so relaxing. Now you get to your haircut (unless of course you choose to get your shampoo after the haircut), and each stylist here has been trained to make sure that every step of your haircut is exactly the way you want it, and will continue to ask you along the way if you are ok with the progress. To finish off your experience you get a back massage with a little massaging device. It isn't much, but it is a nice touch to finish your experience. If you can't tell already, I highly recommend Sports Clips in Sherman, Tx, and if any of the other locations have a comparable experience, I would recommend them as well.
