I visit many locations in my travel. This is the best on every level. Staff makes it a pleasure to be there and treat my guests like gold. The facility is always clean, and the black card areas are more like a spa then a gym, not all the locations are so inclusive and comfortable on personal and environmental ways. { I won't mention my bad experiences , yet if I had not experienced the Sherman location and happily signed up, I would have never signed up at any of the others)
Just joined yesterday and the employee was EXTREMELY courteous and informative. The facility was very spacious and clean considering we are still in a pandemic. I am glad they are still open 24/7 because I like to work out at my convenience. I would highly recommend Planet Fitness in Sherman for those looking for a great place to workout, get a chair or table massage or even get a tan.
I have been going to PF for the last 5 years. I have been very pleased with the way this facility is run and cleaned. The staff is always cleaning, dusting or checking on the mechanics of the machines. I'm greeted as I check in (contactless now) and the manager decorates and makes the place festive for holidays. If you see any equipment not working/in repair...I can tell you they don't stay that way for long. It's a great environment to exercise!!
Great staff, efficient and friendly and very helpful. No judgement on age or size or ability, which at the age of 70 I find really refreshing. Staff starting to recognize me as a regular now and that is nice too. Definitely would recommend.
