They won't answer the phone. You need to speak to someone to set an appointment but they won't answer the phone. Very frustrating!

You have a better chance of getting the President of the United States on the phone than reaching Customer Service or the T&B department here. The Club itself is okay, though now that the remodel is done.

This Sam's Club tire dept is extremely difficult to contact, phone is rarely answered. Frustrating

I'm giving it 3 stars for now. Can't find hardly anything due to remodeling. Even staff has trouble but are willing to find stuff. Glad when it's done!!!
