The timing and responsiveness needed to get us into our new home was critical, and she had everything well under control. It was an extreme pleasure working with Heather. She is very responsive, knowledgeable and professional. Her capabilities to describe and feature properties is outstanding. Her ability use multiple media sources just shows she is on top of her game. I believe due to this, we had a cash offer, $15K above asking price within three days of our property listing. All the showings resulted in at least a full price offer, again due to her great write up and aerial video. Heather went above and beyond making herself available to meet with a contractor to assist in a repair we needed done before listing. Since we live in the Dallas area and could not always be available during the week, she without hesitation offered her personal services. This is a trait not found with every agent.
