Used to work here about 2 years ago, this place has gone downhill in food quality. We used to prepare all the meat fresh, daily. That is obviously not the case now. Food used to be great, it is decent but not worth the price. Also, Fita the manager is a terrible leader and is incompetent at his job. When checking out using card,DO NOT LEAVE A TIP, that money does not go to the workers, he pockets all that money, for that reason this place gets one star. Shame on you Mr. Fita.

The WORST customer service I've experienced in a long while. It took forever to place an order. And when finally got the food it was cold. Like REALLY cold!!!nnThe young man definitely seemed under the influence and the older man just isn't a people person. Wrong business for either one of these men to be in.nnBad food, bad service, and very over priced!!nnWon't be back.

I should have looked at reviews before ordering... ordered online my son picked up order and my two meat plate side was missing and the meat was little to none! Literally two slices of brisket (small) and a few pieces of sausage! $16 for WHAT?? I had to drive back to pick up again since my order was incomplete, when I got home the meat was COLD had to throw in pan and warm up...I will NEVER come back! $50 to WASTE!

Poor quality of food! Today I called in a simple order of a baked potatoe on my lunch break. When I get there, the business was locked! It took someone almost 2 min to unlock the door. When the guy unlocked the door, he talked so fast as to why he locked it, I didnt get the full understanding of it. What was also strange, is that, Im the ONLY customer inside. Its usually people in there around lunch. THEN another guy decided to make my potatoe when I got there. He didn't know what he was doing because the other guy said to add toppings which I requested& this guy was gonna give me just meat on there. The last straw was when I finally tasted it. I was at work & my potatoe was NOT done! My food was cold. The meat tasted different. Even when I reheated it, it was not good.I didn't have time to go back & complain because my lunch break was almost over. I wasted my time & money. Never again! The other location in Clear Lake is Waaay better.

Ordered The Bake Potatoe with chopped beef. Along with other items for patients.nThe Baked Potatoe was incorrectly made requested extra cheese,sour cream and chives. There was barely cheese let alone extra cheese, no extra chives or sour cream especially since they give out sour cream packets.nI would have never ordered a baked potatoe if I knew it was prepackaged like ketchup. No butter on Potatoe.nI was very disappointed because I’ve eaten at Dickey’s before and food was amazing.nSorry won’t be ordering again that was a waste for $40.
