I reached out to Renee Kennedy regarding my divorce. Having to get divorced can be very overwhelming and in the beginning I wasn’t sure where to start or in what direction to go in. After speaking with Renee, she was able to put my mind at ease and helped me through the divorce process. She was able to take a difficult situation and make it look easy. Renee is very kind, firm, understanding and very very quick to respond. Renee and her team were able to finalize my divorce quicker than I would have imagined. I would recommend Renee to anybody needing the assistance of a divorce attorney. At the end of the day I got everything I was looking for out of the divorce and was very happy with the result. You can rest assured that Renee and her team will always have your best interest in mind! 5/5 would recommend

When I knew it was time to seek legal counsel for my divorce, I didn’t even know where to start. I found Renee through a referral, she immediately put my mind at ease. She was incredibly flexible and transparent throughout the process, and she did a good job of always answering my questions and concerns promptly. Divorce is never easy, and rarely does either party really “win”, but Renee was able to fight for me and successfully reach the best possible outcome for me. Renee made herself available at all times and treated me like her only client (although I knew she had many other engagements and clients during the process). Her communication was strong and effective, and also convenient (text/email/call). At the end of the day, I felt respected and cared about as her client, and I could tell her number one concern was making sure I was satisfied. If you are looking for an attorney for any sort of family legal issues, Renee is definitely a great choice!!

Renee helped me achieve exactly the outcome I was aiming for in my divorce and custody case. She was confident that she could win me primary parental rights for my daughter and child support, despite it generally being more difficult for fathers in Texas. I told her I wanted everything equal - completely 50/50, where neither parent was primary, nor paid child support to the other parent. Renee kept my wishes as her top priority and made it happen.nnWhen you are going to bat at a baseball game, you bring any lawyer. When you are going into a battle, you bring a fighter like Renee. She is extremely thorough and detail oriented, and she is aggressive and full of energy. She will tell you exactly what she is thinking, and sometimes it might be hard for you to hear, but she will be straightforward and straight to the point and provide the best advice. Her communications are often very short. You might feel they are even curt. But remember that her time is your money, and I realized early on that she was always doing her best to minimize the cost to me by keeping her words brief and efficient. In the end, I spent much less overall than my ex, even though I had worked with Renee for a longer period of time. Renee is strong, smart, strategic, and effective. I highly recommend Renee for any divorce or custody matter.

I was referred to Renee when I began going through a divorce. She immediately made time to consult with me, and I knew within minutes that she was the fighter that my children and I needed. My divorce was extremely complicated and full of insane ups and downs, but Renee was there at all hours of the day when I needed guidance and advice. She worked rapidly and thoroughly to ensure the safety of both myself and my children, and made me feel like we were her main priority. She was honest and up front with me about every situation and gave me sound legal counsel and representation throughout the entire process. In the end, we managed to finalize my divorce faster than any of us thought possible given the circumstances and came to an agreement that was best for everyone involved. She came through for me and I was named the sole managing conservator of my children, and I couldn't be happier with the way she represented me.

Being an Out-of-State client, I wasn't sure how to pursue my custody case. Before contacting Renee, I was unsuccessful in even getting a callback or response from a few other offices. Renee answered my call right away and went to work immediately. From day 1, Renee and her Team maintained excellent communication with me via phone calls, texts, and emails. I was always in the loop with all matters related to my case.nnRenee was able to secure what I was looking for in regards to custody and then some. Before my case was even complete, I was able to spend time with my child due to Renee's relentless approach. Renee kept me in check in times when I would get frustrated with the opposing counsel, and I appreciated that.nnConsidering the time spent on my case, excellent communication, outcome, and how I always knew where we stood or what we were waiting on to move forward, I would definitely say it was well worth hiring Renee.nnOverall, my expectations were exceeded. I know get to see my child more frequently and for longer periods of time, my case only took about 2 and a half months from start to finish, and the amount of funds spent was definitely worth with. I highly recommend Renee and her Team and I would 100% reach out again if ever needed.
