Honestly with all the 'mask required' signs posted everywhere, it was a huge deterrent. My two daughters were with me, both in masks. However I do not feel it's necessary to wear one. It won't protect you from anything, that much has been proven. I'm healthy so I won't wear one. My daughters had some funny ones that they liked wearing so that's fine. We can't shop if not in a mask there, so we went elsewhere. It's a shame too because we normally love the outlet.

08/09/20. Employee at front door limiting shoppers to 10 people. This is a large store, 10 shoppers was very low number. They made a mother and young child stand in the heat until someone came out. 1 lady exited the store. The employee was rude about allowing the young mother with her 15 month old child enter. The grandmother and 4 yr old had to wait out in the heat.. The store is well stocked and clean but they were taking way overboard precautions on entry and not cleaning any thing that was touched or tried on.. Common sense was lacking...

I went to the outlet in Sherman Texas. Now I buy over a thousand dollars worth of Skechers a year.Any way a little young girl employee meet me at the door, Mexican looking girl, and told me I could not come in because my mask didn't fit proper. I told her by law with my medical condition I really did not have to wear one, with lung disease. She said you will not enter this store, unless you go get a proper mask, mine was from a doctors office so tell me, a what is proper? Well hopefully this kind of stuff puts you out of business. All my friends from out of town will not go there again. So elders take heed at what is going on at the Sherman,Texas Outlet.
