Placed order July 1st. Checked status multiple times on website which never showed it had shipped. Thought delayed due to covid so wasn’t concerned. Called store after 3 weeks which doesn’t show I have order. Called shipping center and they said it wasn’t picked up so they cancelled it. Wow. System not updated and seem to be unorganized. Received no information by text, call or email. They just canceled my order and that was that.nI guess I will call daily if I place another order
Cute stuff, but pricier than Wal-Mart. Love their fleece footed pajamas.
Great selection of children’s clothes, ranging in size from Preemie to Big Kids 14. All seasons, including pajamas, shoes and accessories. The staff is friendly and they’ll place an online order for you for anything not in stock on the floor, plus include free shipping! I love Carter's but I just wish this store was bigger like Prospers Carter's.
Overpriced kids clothes that your not going to get out what you pay for before the kids grow out of them. Yeah, cant do when you have 2+ kids!!
