It's clean but stock has been so low for so long that it is fueling rumors of the store closing. The staff say it is a fulfillment store. If the store doesn't get some merchandise soon, then it may not have to bother.
The store was a bit bare. Their website advertised they carried Brighton but did not have it in the store. Pretty over priced.
I'm surprised. I haven't been in this store that I remember. There seems to be a good selection. Too bad you can't try on the clothes to see if they fit or are what you really like.
If I could give this 0 stars, I would. I absolutely hated working here. The managers are so rude and disrespectful. Especially the Sales Team Manager. I only worked there for 2 weeks and they accused me of leaving early multiple times when I didn’t.The Sales Team manager constantly picked on me and gave me a lot of attitude. She thinks she runs the whole store when she doesn’t even deserve the position she has. The managers are always messing around and on their phones in front of customers. They were lucky they had me. I do not recommend working here. Their pay sucks and so does the management team.
I almost complete my order and the free shipping disappeared . Also , app said would be able to use Coupon and did not apply it. I went to store and sale signs on tables . I wanted a purse for sale price many not marked . Spent 20 minutes with employee trying find the new direction purse and bar code . Many not marked . Manager who helped seemed irritated that I wanted the purse that advertised . No apology from him.
