Can't say enough good things about this location! I have always had great experiences. James was very helpful and informative today without being pushy. I was able to get what I needed fixed for a reasonable price as well. I appreciate this place and their helpful employees!!
I consider myself to be a very patient and understanding person, but I’ve come here twice and have had bad experiences both times (as did my mom). I should’ve known after the first visit not to come back, but I figured I just came in at a bad time.nnThis time he LOCKED MY KEYS IN THE CAR! We waited for a locksmith, then he gave me a half-behind apology and proceeded to lecture and talk down to me as to why I shouldn’t have come in the first place because my oil looked fine (apparently I’m expected to be a car oil expert).nnAs a woman of color, I’m used to car service workers talking down to me, but this was a whole other level of disrespect, which baffles me because it was completely his mistake.nnUPDATE: A detailed response of my experience was sent to the specified email
Very responsive, courteous even though they swamp on Sunday afternoon. James did an awesome job- with quote for my vehicle. Once they got it on the rack, wasn’t what they thought. Wasn’t over charged, was given some advisory advice on what to be aware of. Will return for future service! Thank again!

Always thorough and super kind! Other places I haven't had great experiences, but every time I come here it's fantastic service. Definitely recommend to everyone I know.
