I love this place and so do my kids! Great place, great atmosphere, seemingly great staff.... the only reason I give it a four star rating and any constructive criticism is because of the max capacity they allowed in today. And I’m not saying this because of a COVID fear, I’m saying this because it was legitimately unsafe with kids trampling all over one another. IT WAS CRAZY!!nnOther than that... place is great!
Place is utter chaos. Staff used to be amazing but now they are nowhere to be found half the time. Paged on the intercom and never arrived to open wipe out. No need to buy the deluxe band as people don't work the attractions. Go to the Pearland one instead trust me.
This place very good, go here! The food is great and the people are very kind. However wipeout isn’t working but that’s fine there’s much more to do. they are only strict about masks at the food station.
My kids love this place.Great family establishment.
This Urban Air is close to home. A great place for my son to enjoy his free time in a safe environment.
