I look forward to walking through the doors and always feel amazing when I leave. This is a fantastic gym. Ruben is super nice and takes an interest in you no matter what fitness level you're at, highly recommend.
Very friendly environment- feels like home when you walk in. Everyone knows each other and the owner along with trainers do their best to know the gym goers and help them as needed. Best place I have been to so far.
I hate the Houston location and I drive the extra 20 mins it takes just to get to this location. They are super friendly and they let you workout in peace. Always willing to help if you ask!
Super friendly staff and exceptionally clean facility. All the members I have encountered are friendly and courteous. I brought my dad as my guest and now he plans to join as well.
