Not a good experience. Forcing to download a app to anyone like elders or any people who don’t agree to putting their info on there to keep a membership should not be a policy. Someone there who is a assistant manager followed me and my friend around and she was forcing me to download the app or I would have my membership cancelled. A phone number on file should be perfectly fine for people. The manager lady seemed very unhappy and told me that I seemed stressed and could loose my baby. I’m a nurse and you should never share this to anyone who’s a member. She had wrong intentions and I told her she made me uncomfortable she would not leave me alone. I tried to only come when she wasn’t there. As nobody else was so strict with the app saying they will take away memberships if you don’t download or agree with apps being on your phone and personal information. Disappointed but thankful I have a new gym that doesn’t force this on us. Small rules will cause people to start leaving. The new gym I go to is a lot more relaxed and restful the managers are so nice and let us just check in and leave us alone. They don’t get mad about small rules that shouldn’t matter. Just let people workout and don’t bother people paying for their time there.I really feel this lady had a prideful attitude in management. To be a leader is to lay low stay humble. You don’t need to push stuff on people and come across controlling and demanding. This is not ok to me in any management and I have never seen this in anyone else hired at planet fitness. I called and made a bad review about this same manager lady on the phone service. It’s not just me but multiple people that have had issues with the same lady even in the reviews below. Please tell her to be more kind and not on a high horse with how she manages. You should be for the people. Smile more and wave at people. Most staff everywhere else are happy. They will say hi and be kind to people. This manager was one of the many at this location that was passive and not super kind to people or seemed to even like their jobs. You should be a people person, nor act rude or mad, or be angry and have a mad face and frown when people walk in. The nicest guy there was some guy with glasses working. Always happy and nice always cheerful! He’s not a manager but he should be instead of this unkind lady who said the most unkind words to me but also my friend who witness how she was. I love the management at El DorAdo, the relaxed environment and nice staff and should have just went there instead of this location.

Love coming here due to the friendly staff and their black card spa. There is usually equipment readily available when I go with good music. The only negative I can say is if you're ever late making a payment the late fee is $15.00. A little steep.

I love planet fitness, but so few masks worn here. Not just working out, but people with no mask with them at all. Even the young man on the front desk has his mask pulled down onto his chin.nnWhat's the point of putting signs up if no one is enforcing mask wearing?nnI even had to ask the maskless group in the picture to wipe down the machines they used. Gross anytime, but during a pandemic? To their credit when I asked them to wipe the machines, they were very polite and did so.nnOtherwise it's a pretty nice facility. A bit smaller premises than most, but still spacious. One of the few places with space to stretch. Great shower pressure but full hot is only just hot enough. Fine for me though. Reasonably clean facilities in general.

I love this gym! I hate going to an overly crowded gym where you have to wait for the machine or weights you need. Every time I have been in here it has been a good experience. Staff is helpful when you have a question and I love the fact there is a stand up tanning bed here so I can tan before or after I work out. Thank you for making exercise during the pandemic accessible and comfortable.

The design of this Planet Fitness us unique with a lot of points and outlets for hair dryers if you shower after working out to go straight to work or if you need to charge a phone, and the employees are extremely professional with tons of useful tips over fitness, workout equipment, body building, and even where to find the best workout clothes or tanning lotion if you tan. It's also the cleanest Planet Fitness I have visited so far. Definitely frequenting this gym when I'm visiting NASA or Ellington Field for work.
