I have been going to Ageless Muscle for about two months now. I have some medical issues and was afraid to workout due to my back problems and having no energy after going through chemotherapy. The trainers worked out a plan specific to my age and needs as well as my medical problems and is helping me get back on my feet after many obstacles...after I work out, I feel so much better. I cannot believe what a difference working out with Ageless Muscle has been for me, I certainly have more energy and actually feel like doing things after working out instead of going home and resting all day. I work out twice a week and I would highly recommend them to anyone that wants to get healthy!
