Since working with Chris I’m at the highest lean muscle mass I’ve ever been at and the strongest I’ve ever been lifting heavier weights. I’ve also reached the lowest body fat % since I’ve been working out with Chris.nnOverall I’m super pleased with my results and where my physical fitness is currently at. In the beginning, I was not as strong and my stamina was not great. Chris has helped me build solid strength and stamina.nnIf your on the fence, I would say to give Chris a try and you will be very pleased. You will work hard during your sessions, but will become addicted to that feeling of accomplishment each time. I’ve had many trainers in my past, Chris by far is the best.

1. I have seen changes not only in my physical body, but my mental state from my work with Chris.  Chris has helped me gain an ability to do and believe things I didn’t think possible and this transcends into all aspects of my life.  It’s hard to believe that a great trainer can affect one’s ability to strive to achieve anything.nn2. My experience to-date with Chris has been beyond category and cannot imagine not having Chris as part of my lifenn3. Be prepared for your life to change!  If you will put the work in, Chris will push you to achieve things you would/could not know possible.  Chris makes me want to be a better version of me!

Working with Chris I’ve grown so much stronger. He continues to test my strength to help me grow stronger everyday. There’s definitely a huge difference in physical appearance. I’ve never been able to shed fat and gain muscle at the same time. It feels good to be able to do that. I’m energy level has also increased throughout the day. Seeing the results I’ve seen so far is definitely a motivator to keep on going.nnMy overall experience working with Chris has been pretty amazing. He’s help me reach goals that I’ve set for myself. I’ve learned different workouts I would have never done on my own. There’s been days when I feel I don’t have the motivation to get through a workout but he pushes me through. He’s definitely not going to let me give up on myself when I feel I want to. The workouts can be tough but I know he has my best interest in mind. He’s also there if you just need someone to listen.nnI would tell you if you’re on the fence about training with Chris JUST DO IT!! I promise you won’t regret it. Just look at what he’s done for me in the past few months. If you want to learn to eat healthier, have kickass workouts and just live a healthier lifestyle he’s your guy! He’s done so much for me my 16 year old son has even starting training with Chris and he’s really enjoying it. I trust him to help my son and I reach our fitness goals and you should to.

I am 63 with a busy schedule, but my 3 sessions a week are the highlight of my week because I'm seeing results, I'm energized and happier!  I have lost weight, inches, and have gained muscle.  I'm stronger and more confident than I have ever been before.  Chris’ workouts have helped me build muscle in my arms and legs.  My back is stronger now. The bursitis I had on my left hip is now gone thanks to the strength training.  I also have AFIB and Chris has helped me strengthen my cardio as well.  He pushes me to limits that I didn’t even know I had.nnChris is extremely knowledgeable and personalizes my workouts.  He’s very personable and my workouts are appropriately geared to what I am able to do.nnI highly recommend Chris.  If you’re looking for that change, don’t hesitate to make an investment on yourself.  Chris will take you on a journey that will transform your physical, mental, and emotional well being.  You will be glad you made the commitment.  It was the best commitment I have ever made for myself.  I learned that when your body is being transformed and results are happening, your endorphines trigger a positive and energizing outlook on life.  Thanks to Chris for helping me build a better version of myself.  I will always be grateful to him.
