Great 6 wk challenge experience! It's such a great place for beginners who are intimidated by CrossFit. Great coaches are there every class to make sure we learn the exercises correctly, to prevent injury. The key to success is the diet plan they give you so that I know exactly what I need to lose weight... food type & portions. I'm ready for more ud83dude01
