This gym is awesome! They have something for everyone. It's huge and has lots of cardio equipment, a football field with sleds and tires, a crossfire area, dozens of machines for every conceivable muscle group, all the plates, bars and free weights you could ever need and expert trainers. And it's SUPER CHEAP!!! Too cheap in fact for everything that this place has. I was paying 4 x as much at another gym that wasn't half as good. Give this place a try! You will love it.
Great gym that is very hospitable. Its very neat, clean and stocked with all the amenities an avid lifter would need. Friendly and helpful staff, as well as clientele. Superb!

This has to be one of the best gyms in Houston. I’ve worked for big box gyms in the past and this place blows all of them out the water. Clean facility, locker rooms/bathrooms are always clean, abundance of equipment, amazing staff, great culture. Has something for everyone.
