This is a great little memorial. Nice walking path. Great history. Good view of the river. Bring the kids!
OMG this is a very beautiful place to visit if you are in Wisconsin Rapids, WI and if you love nature, just by getting in the park you feel a very calm and relaxed atmosphere. I really recommend this park to everyone that loves to walk and enjoy nature.
Quiet, clean, and landscaped. Nice place to walk or bring your kayak to launch onto the Wisconsin River. Not the biggest area, but plenty of room for kids to run and a playground for them as well.
This is a really nice park right on the river. They also have a shelter that looks like it is available for rent. There is a nice walking path along the river that runs through the park.
A very beautiful memorial. A wonderful tribute to all of Wisconsins heroes. A very humbling and grateful experience.
