Scheduled an appointment for myself and even referred them to neighbors who also made their own appointments. The sales rep canceled but didn’t bother to let anyone know. Don’t waste your time like i did.

I had Storm guardian for over three years and they charged me $800 to $900 every year for maintainence.The two times the generator needed to run, it failed and I was without power for days at a time. They dont pickup the phone when they are really needed and the mailbox is full always. On top of that, they refused to acknowledge that their after hours number wasnt working when I needed their help and promptly charged me a travel fee of $95. Refused to refund this fee or even acknowledge any fault. Terrible customer service and very argumentative. 1 star is too high for them.

I have called this place numerous times about getting a Generac installed at my place and it's been about a month and have not heard one thing from them. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

SGG is a first class company! Professional,courteous & trustworthy! Will answer your questions! SGG completed installation of my standby generator June 12th 2020 & tested it. Worked perfect! On February 16th 2020 Generac powered my house 12 hours! Temperature was 15° Was fully automatic! Performed exactly as explained!!nGenerac is an EXCELLENT PRODUCT!!nAm extremely satisified!

Their installation quality (27 kw generator) was generally good if somewhat sporadic. My main problem was lack of communication - they were occasionally not responsive in the early and middle stages of the installation. Fortunately their electricians showed up to help carry the transfer switch into the garage before Beta’s rain. I never got notification from SGG to do this or that help with this was coming. Overall, though, it was a big job and done well.
