I come here all the time to drop off packages. They are always so nice, even if I don't spend money. Today I asked them to print my mailing label for my package and pulled my wallet out to pay. She didn't charge me. Great service and sweet people.
Chi was absolutely awesome! She was closed up but still in the back when she saw me.. came to the front unlocked the place so that I could mail a package to my son who was recently deployed over seas. Can’t thank her enough for how sweet and helpful she was! Side note bonus- super cute clothes and gifts also at this location!
Azi was extremely professional, courteous, and helped me with several different things on two different days that were very time consuming. She made me feel like family and that no matter what I needed help with, she was just happy to be of service. She was exceptionally patient and really made me feel like she appreciated my business! A+ Pack & Ship always has 100% of my business.
The ladies that work there are amazing! I have a PO Box and do a lot of shipping from different carriers at A+. They treat everyone so nice and have excellent prices. The boutique is also top notch. My wife has purchased several times from there.
Chi had amazing customer service Sunday evening. They were actually closed and she was just in there to run a report, but she didn't turn me away when I entered. They are always helpful when I need help returning my packages. The boutique is super cute too. Quick and easy place to ship.
