Omg, Such an improvement from last years service !!!! When I walked in tonight I was ready to reschedule my appointment and so not looking forward to receiving the same service I did last year. Vanessa Winakur completely turned my experience around. Great customer service Great communication skills and very knowledgeable/informative. The staff gave off a different energy/vibe this year and made everything less frustrating... thank you !!!
