My experience recently was great compared to in the past. My server was great he was attentive and friendly. The food was fresh and made quickly, I can’t remember my servers name but he was around maybe thirty five years old. Great guy, made my experience 5 stars.
Love it. Stand alone, great service. Food is all homemade and the sauces are outstanding. Try the brisket or tamales. Both are delicious. Sign alone is worth the trip. Please people try local. Places like this won't be around for ever.
It was good. I hope the family never changes the original restaurant their father and grandfather started in the 60 s . It is the only thing left in fort bend county from the good old days. Dont screw it up,please.
Decided to give this place a try and was not pleased. Instead of chicken fried chicken we got home with a chicken fried steak. We had to literally drive across town to get the right food. Also the tortilla soup was not as I expected. It had a brown gravy instead of a light broth. Will not be returning.
I have heard about this place for years on end. So I tried ot. Every review was true. Best Mexican food this side of the border. We will be back. Many times.
