If you live more than a few minutes away don't waste your time. I live 40 minutes away. When I called I was told they had a car I could rent, so I told them I would be there in an hour, hour and a half. When I got there they then told me that they had already rented it out to someone else and that they rented out every other car also. So needless to say I wasted an hour and a half of my time and now also going to be late for work. So don't waste your time, just go to enterprise or somewhere else where you know you'll actually have a car when you get there.
I enjoy buying are vehicles from L&L. We have always had excellent service. The young lady that works for them went over all the buttons, programmed are phones. It takes time to get use to new technology, but we know we can always go back there if any questions. I would refer them to anyone interested in a newer used vehicle. I had been car shopping on my own for months with no luck, but Shawn was extremely helpful. he found me the perfect car and Chelsea was very knowledgeable with the paperwork/trade in end of things. I had one small issue with the car shortly after and was reimbursed by L&L for the work that needed to be done at a different shop. Won’t be car shopping for awhile but will be back here when I do.
