Amazing crew with great customer service, concerned about my unique situation and stayed with the project until the very end. My family can finally rest better knowing that our dilemma has been resolved.
Have done great work for me in the past- However, I have a larger job needing to be done, that they came out to quote twice, and after being promised the quote on multiple occasions, over a 3 weeks period, I received an email today saying they are just too busy after all, and to call another company- not even a phone call to apologize.... This is not the kind of service I came to expect, and because of this I won’t use them again. Huge waste of my time- and now I’m way behind on a time sensitive project that I needed to have completed- all of which they were aware of when I met with the owner Shane 3 weeks ago.
