This is both the worst CVS I have visited anywhere and the worst eyesore real estate development in Fort Bend County. In a county entirely of pecan and oak trees and cohesive rural coastal-plains Texas feel, this CVS is surrounded by one or two dozen palm trees. I don't know what kind of person has that level of deficiency of good sense or basic humanity, but they are responsible for ruining the daily experience of a hundred thousand people.nnI went by there today (November 2020). There are more and worse stains on the carpet than in the parking lot. There is trash all over the floor--maybe 20 wadded up receipts around the ATM. There is mold on the glass of the ice freezer. The metal panels at the front of the fridges are all falling half off. The shelves are stocked in a disorganized manner. The cardboard flower display is filled with dead flowers. The staff will have you wait while they finish whatever task they are on that is more important than assisting a customer.nnThis CVS is the worst thing of any kind in our community. It should be torn down simply to cleanse the county of the suffering we have shared of having had to live with it. At least have the decency, please, to remove the blight of palm trees from our daily view.

Emily at this location is very lazy. Doesn't want to look things up so she makes up excuses. She can't explain why my same perscriptions are more expensive now then they have been the whole past year. Instead she makes something up and says this may be why, but idk. If you are providing a service you should know how to answer these questions or have access to someone who can.nnShe needs training or a new job.

This pharmacy is awful. SO many prescriptions have been messed up, done wrong, incorrect or not ready. I’ve gone there for the last time. WORST. PHARMACY. EVER.

There is a reason why they are less than 5 stars. The worst customer service ever. The manager needs to be replaced ASAP! I came in before 5 other customers to take passport pictures. The managers proceeded to pass me up to attend to the customer. They lady taking the pictures where taking goofy pictures and when asked if we could take other pictures, she said it's not a default picture. My dear, who asked you? Again, as I'm standing here writing this, regretting even coming to this place.

This reviews is solely in reference to This CVS covid testing site. My husband had his covid test done here. They handed him the nasal swab to perform the test on himself.nnThat. Is. Not. Protocol. For. Covid. Testing.nThe swab has to reach the nasopharynx to ensure accuracy, and that is difficult to accomplish yourself. Improper technique can lead to false negative.nnI highly recommend being tested at a facility that adheres to necessary protocol.
