We went to get a covid test because this was the only location that showed an opening. First, this is a drive-thru location- BUT you do through the same line that everyone else does who is dropping off or picking up their medicines. Twenty five minutes past our appointment time we finally got up to the window and some lady asks in a really rude tone if we were picking up, dropping off, or testing. We told her testing and didn't hear anything else from her again. The window box opened and we took out a bag with three pieces of paper stapled together and a wipe. You just have to figure out what to do and where to put the stuff when you're done. There's a drop box past the window a little bit that we only knew to place our test in because the car in front of us had just placed theirs in it. The entire box was filled to the top with tests. I would recommend just waiting for the crabb river road location to have an appointment available. It's a lot easier to navigate and a lot quicker and sanitary.nnUpdate: our RAPID results are going to take 2-3 days to be given to us. Don't go here.

There is a pharmacy technician that helped me his name is Kevin, he is outstanding. I’m really happy they have someone who is very patient and friendly with customers. Thank you ud83dude4fud83cudffc

By far the worst CVS location ever. Scheduled a covid test at 4:50pm, arrived at the drive-thru location at 4:45pm, there was a small line of customers waiting to get tested, by the time I made it to the front it was 5:05pm. The lady in front said they close testing at 5pm, ridiculous!

They’re slow employees, make excuses for everything, trying not to help customers with issues. They all have a attitude, moody all the time. Slow paste very rude. They need nicer staff. HORRIBLE PLACE - DO NOT GO
