I called for a quote on the phone regarding my alternator and Luis was very informative, honest and had fantastic customer service over the phone. The alternator issue was resolved and not only that, but they went ahead and fixed/replaced a couple light bulbs that were out on my car that other dealerships/auto shops blamed on my electrical work and could never fix for some reason. My husband and I will definitely be repeat customers and will be referring more people to this shop.
Luis is awesome!nIt's very hard to find good car shops where people don't take you for a ride. Autocare has been very phenomenal in treating customers (referred lot of friends here and all had same opinions). I have gone to this shop (and will continue to do so) for as small as an inspection to now whatever my car needs. The staff is very knowledgeable and prices are reasonable. Service is great so customers are happy.

Have been coming here for almost 10 years, my grandma has been coming here for much longer. It is really nice to know that as two single women we have an auto repair place we can trust. I live in Midtown but drive here for all my car needs because it’s worth it.
