I was just tailgated and given several hand gestures by an extremely aggressive wrecker driver, despite gesturing him to go around my vehicle. I was unable to get the unit number but I called the office and provided the location to the gentleman who I believe is the owner or a manager. He was very kind and attentive to the issue, which is why they get two stars. Royal Wrecker might want to pay closer attention to the safety practices and attitudes of their drivers. Again, customer service was wonderful by the gentleman who I spoke to on the phone.

I am not sure why there are any bad reviews on this account. I was in Texas this weekend from out of town and needed a person to unlock my car... The owner Chris Long came to help me and was the nicest professional I've ever met. I had left my wallet and everything at my hotel and he even gave me $20 for gas after unlocking my car... Thanks Chris!!! I wish you and your company all the best!
