This place has a nice atmosphere in the building and polite staff. The only advice is be patient. We weren't greeted, we weren't sure if we should seat our selves. As we sat our drink orders were taken but we weren't asked if we wanted food menus. We had to look for our server/waiter to get the menu and were given an excuse, but able to get a print out menu. Once we ordered we weren't checked on after that. Someone else brought our plates out. The food is worth the price. We were satisfied with portions. All our waters were finished as we waited for our check. I had to go look for a waiter so we could pay. Someone else had to bring our check. As we were leaving we saw the original server/waiter.

Been here twice, great service and high quality food both times. Attentive wait/bus staff. The chips and salsa were delicious and plentiful. Most entrees cost over 20 bucks but they are big portions, they could feed 2 adults.

The margaritas taste like sharpie and licorice. The fajitas taste like charcoal. I’d recommend swinging by Taco Bell and picking up literally anything and then making whatever bottom shelf tequila drink you can at home for a similar yet cheaper experience.

I placed an order for pickup over the phone, and the server was very patient and kind (I had a lot of questions and requested a few additions/substitutions). Everything was prepared exactly as we requested. We ordered fajitas, and they were the best fajitas we have ever had (and we've tried a lot of Tex-Mex restaurants). The food is high quality, the service is always amazing, and the staff has always been friendly to us. I normally don't write reviews, but I wanted to for El Tiempo. I cannot recommend this place more.

Great service but that’s really about all they have going on it’s unfortunate that the employees have to work here .. the food is over priced and mediocre at best not worth the the money spent.. the only selling point is the semi realistic look of a Mexican cantina would not recommend this place. This restaurant should really take a look at the cooks who obviously don’t care about the food being sent out to customers. .
