Got my order completely wrong. It’s as if y’all didn’t pay attention at all. It wasn’t busy there. Completely incompetent.nnDidn’t make either burger how I how I ordered it.nnGave me sweet and sour instead of secret sauce.nnI thought this would be a “nicer” jack in the box
I went through the drive though late night. The food was fresh.. The greeter could've had a calmer attitude.
The jumbo jack that I ordered was disgusting. Seemed like party had been warmer and had been sitting out for sometime. Not sure if that is the case but that is the best way I can discribe how bad it was. Will never go to that location ever again.
This is the second time I've been there with the exact problem twice. I ordered a sweet tea and mini churros with extra cinnamon and sugar and both time I get a large sweet tea mixed with coke and barely any cinnamon and sugar on my mini churros. This happened almost a month a part from each visit.
First time for breakfast at Jack in the Box. It was great. Had the sourdough and my wife had a combo with bacon, eggs, and pancakes. All good. Really enjoyed the experience. Better than McDonald's for breakfast.
