for its small size- there are lots of great features. a decent length walking path with doggy bags always stocked. small playground for little kids. tennis court, sand volleyball, parking, nice shaded outdoor picnic areas and a large green space in the center. i just wish there were more trees for shade
Beautiful Park,,nice track to walk,,needs to be more swings and activities for families to get together for,,no pits for cookouts. Wait time for two swings.
I like the walking, or you can run, play volley ball, or tennis, practice football in the field. Or you can watch the children play or just sit and have a picnic with a group of friends. I like walking from my home which is two blocks away and enjoy just getting out and seeing neighbors. That is what I like about Slocket Park!
Beautiful clean park. Great for children's parties or just a little stroll.
Always calm and quiet..love jogging here
