Atm robbed me of 100 dollars. I called to ask for assistance but they require a social security number, which I don't have. They pretty much told me I'm out of luck you lost 100.
My experiences have always been positive tellers have always been helpful and friendly.
Horrible service... takes too long to attend one customer unbelievable , employee was really rude no help!
Very bad horrible service the lady was so rude and literally argued with me and embarrassed herself I actually feel bad for her throughout I had a very bad experience and it’s sad because I was such a loyal customer to them but not anymore I will be opening another account somewhere else but not Wells Fargo where they want to argue over dumb things with me overall I’m done thank you.
Yessenia was very promt helpful and informative I hate having to go in the bank but it really isnt that bad.
