Won't possible bank to deal with, consider one less customer
Worst bank ever and the “branch manager” is a joke!
I was at this location earlier today and it took me an hour to get my card activated because the branch manager was on the phone working on another mans transaction while she was working on mine. The supervisor, the assistant manager and the branch manager were all standing in a corner huddled around a computer for almost two hours. Another nice black lady finally got it token care of.
The Employess At The Bank Are So Nice & Polite...Its The Bank Itself That Gets 2 Stars, I Somehow Always Have Fees When I Barely Use The Card .
I have nothing but praise for the employees at this branch. All contact with the agents has been professional. They are courteous and happy to help you. Great place to bank.
