Because the gentleman that help me Mr Conrad was exceptional he took his time he explained everything with me I didn't feel rushed and I understood how my taxes were prepared and how much I was going to receive and why I was receiving as much as I was going to receive and if I had any questions or any concerns that I can contact him and he will try his best to answer or help me anyway that he can

My first time at H&R block was pleasant, I came to file my tax credit documents, with the fee of $100 dollars, she assisted me in filling out the files and sending them out to the IRS, as well as to follow the case until I get my refund. To my joy I was going to be getting a $700 return! My grandmother and I where happy to hear that this relief was coming. All we needed to do was wait 6-8 weeks, she insisted. I left feeling good.n8 weeks pass and I call them only to find out I have to wait an additional 10 weeks because the information she gave me was bad. Alas after the full 18 weeks I call to check my status only to be turned away because I don't have a document that the IRS has, she tried to get another $100 out of me to consult the case I already payed for, but once I mentioned I already payed and I was just checking for my status she coldly told me to fill out the document and call back. Now I feel extorted out of $800 and I have to pay another $100 for them to even look into it again. This is the fist time I can say I had a way more pleasurable experience with the IRS  directly.

Been going for years and have never had a bad experience I only wish all places treated me the way block employees treat me you can honestly tell they enjoy what they do.

PROS: I scheduled a no contact appointment and I was able to upload and sign everything without going into the store.nCONS: I had an appointment scheduled and uploaded everything properly but my return was not done when scheduled. I did not receive any communication from this branch regarding my return until I reached out to them. Initially, they said I didnt upload my docs which freaked me out, knowing I had uploaded them. Then, afte they spoke with the manager (also the person who scheduled my appointment) and it turns out my return wasnt done. There was no reason my return wasnt done. I paid full price despite the issue and zero communication. Furthermore, they charge an additional $40 to have the total taken from your tax return even if it's direct deposit.nULTIMATELY: I would consider a different location.
