Took my truck in for oil change and a battery issue. The service dept. did a great job but i had to wait for an hour for a manager to enter a code for my battery paperwork.
Always been a superior service, deserve 6 stars
The customer service is really bad in the tire shop. I wouldn’t recommend this place but I came out of convenience.nnThen again it’s Walmart so the employees don’t care. When the previous shop manager was here she was helpful but someone new has taken over and you can tell.
Anna and her crew are the best. Overall I am not a big Walmart fan, but because of Anna I always use their automotive services (Stafford store only).nnAnna is great, always helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, caring and just outstanding customer service. The same goes for her crew including the ones behind the counter and the guys in the service bay.nAnna cares for each customer and she really likes her job. I work at a small used car lot in Stafford and I try to do my best with my customers. If my customers need anything beyond my ability (tires, batteries, oil change etc) I just tell them to go see Anna.nYes, Anna is the BEST and I meant it sincerely.
Had less than an hour wait time from start to finish (30 minutes) for a battery. When i went in on last Friday it was a 2 hour wait. Good Customer Care!!
