Good group of people, my second time here Alexandria Johnson was my service advisor very professional and informative. Truly helpful and cared about my needs and family. Today was the first time I had to bring my vehicle in for service since I purchased it in 2016. Like everyone living in these times, anything that involves spending, causes one to experience a certain level of anxiety - especially when your pay/finances have been cut by 70%. I did not know what to expect as far as the diagnosis nor the cost for repairs but I was confident that these fellas would find out. When they told me what was wrong and how much, I wanted to cry. Money is tight these days as is with everyone but they showed me mercy and favor. They did not show pity for me but they showed their hearts. I thank God for them and thank God for sincere hearts that truly want to help their customers!
