Johnny was amazing. I was able to meet him when I dropped off the car and picking it up. He was professional, knowledgeable, but also very down to earth. My car was finished ahead of schedule and they did a great job!

Walter, my contact for the vehicle repair was great. He kept in contact and went out of his way to be helpful.nIt did take longer than originally stated to fix the car. However, the freeze did cause delays.nI did have to deal with some random short tempered rude man who answered the phone when I called after receiving a text and call that my car was completed. I would say his lack of help, transferring me to a message system, delayed my car by a day since I couldn’t contact who I needed.nHad a little trouble with the repair but it was all sorted out.

Walter was very professional and patient with me. Received my car back yesterday and she is PERFECT! I waited a little longer then I would have liked, but it was holiday season and a few delays on parts. All and all I am extremely happy with the work.

I left my vehicle with Cody in the body shop and had a great experience. I was promised to have my car back in a week and I was kept informed daily and my car is as good as new. I’m extremely happy and will recommend sterling McCall Nissan to all my friends. Everyone at the shop was pleasant. Enterprise is on site and the process is seamless. Thanks again Nissan!!!
