Machine not functional. Came for state certification. First was told mechanic was out would be back in 30 minutes. After 10 minutes was told machine was not functional. I have had much better service with this shop before.
Went in for a wheel alignment steering wheel was not straight when I left. Came back the next day checked again now the steering wheel is crooked on the other side horrible. Will never come back. Says it’s crooked because I have a level kit and that’s some bull was not crooked when I came

Meineke has always been good to me. I guess that's what you get when you are a customer for over 11 years. I recently had a tire blow out that they honored under warranty although it was out by time. They are great
