Ordered over the phone. Was ready when I got there to dine in.

I had the catfish, fried shrimp (three bite shrimp) and fried oysters with slaw and French fries. I have had as good as all three of those items before, but I've never had better. All the items tasted fresh, the batter didn't overpower the meat, it was not the least bit oily or greasy, and it came to the table piping hot. To sum it up, it don't git no better'n this. The slaw was OK, but I didn't go there for the slaw. But the French fried were first rate. And the service was excellent.nLaGrange is a 45 minute drive from me, but well worth the drive.

Shellfish and scallops and such are alright, but the fish was a pleasant surprise. Well cooked with a good finish. Worth stopping if you're in the area and craving seafood.
