My mother and I ordered the Mesquite Butter Bacon Cheese Burger, my mother had one with everything on it and I wanted one without lettuce, grilled onions, and no pickles. The individual taking the order stated it didn't come with pickles, however, the Sonic menu website states that it does. Upon receiving our order it was apparent both burgers had pickles. We also wanted combos, unfortunately they were out of onion rings and tater tots, we ordered the burgers with drinks only. What we did have tasted good, the only issue I had was service oriented issues. I will eat there again and I'll try to remember to get pictures. I also tried to use my Sonic receipt to give a review, the ID# was unreadable. I can't redeem my route 44 for free now. A few extra napkins other than just two would be nice as well.
I would give negative stars if it was allowed. Today April 7th at 8:05am (store opens at 7) I was told I need to give them an hour because they just opened! At least once a week this store opens at least an hour late. Worst run business I have ever seen. Communication is poor. Ownership doesn’t seem involved one bit. Severe disappointment. Off to Whataburger I go....
