I have never been inside before because the lines are pretty long anytime i look in. However, their drive through is awesome and has been for a while. This is one of the more efficient locations to go to and it is on the way to work for many people.
DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME COMING HERE!!!nMake the drive to go across town if you have to.nnService has gone way downhill. On Saturdays there is no rhyme or reason. Customers can wait more than 20 minutes for a personal banker and get completely ignored. On Saturdays, the line to get a bank teller at the window is LONG and can take more than 30 minutes.nnDuring the week when it's slow, personal bankers stand around talking like they're bored. The personal bankers are rude don't make eye contact. They loudly go into detail on all your personal info and everyone in the branch can here it. They have no regard for privacy or courtesy.

Very poor customer service they did not even try to help us. Banker name was Jose who did not help us. We went other branch and they did it right away.
I have been going here for 12+ years and Since the Randells shut down there is no way to have access to the ATMs when its Sunday or late nights. to my knowledge they dont plan on moving the ATMs to the outside of the Building.
