If you walk into O'Reilly's and a lady named Kathy is working, you might as well turn around and talk back out and come back later. She has the absolute worst customer service I have seen in a long time. She acts like you are an inconvenience for making her do anything. She makes you feel like you are a nuisance. She has a terrible attitude and has no business working in the service industry. I will continue doing business with this location because of managers like Chris that are incredibly helpful and will bend over backwards for their customers. But I wont bother doing any business if Kathy is working.
