I usually like captain D's. Hearing about this new location, I wanted to give them a try. I ordered a seafood platter, a catfish dinner, and an order of funnel cake sticks. The receipt shows that I paid for it all, but I didn't get any of the things for a baked potato (sour cream, butter, etc) the shrimp were half cooked (gummy batter), fries and okra were cold, and to make it completely undesirable, the food was stuffed in containers that were to small. Now the desert,,,, well it was not even received, so maybe it was good, but I didn't have a chance to see.

I’m not sure why some people are complaining. We tried this place the other day and everyone thought it was good. Certainly beats the pants off of something like Long John Silver.

In our home we don’t typically eat a lot of fish because I am not a fan. My husband had a major craving so we decided to give Captain D’s for the first time. Everything was fresh and tasted absolutely delicious. I even enjoyed the fish. Which is a big deal.

Horrible food. Grilled fish looks like steamed fish with seasonings on top. Its not grilled at all. The rest of food we ordered arent worth trying as they are super oily. Wait is long too in the drive thru.

Great fish sandwich and love the coleslaw. Service was fast and friendly.
