Steve Blain and staff are great! Steve is as good as his word and pleasant to be around. The staff is always nice and professional. They are reliable, reasonably priced, and available in a timely manner. No one wants to wait on someone to fix your AC in 100 degree heat. Luckily, we never had to. They are usually on the way within an hour. I would recommend to anyone. My family and I are blessed to have such a valuable asset in our community and on speed dial.

Total HVAC replacement, and they put it on the side of my house instead of where the old one was located, at my request. They actually sent a list of 5 options to choose from, which included warranty and all other fees associated. I could have taken the cheap route with an old compressor replacement, but I chose a new up to date system instead. They hauled off the old stuff, did a great job installing the new stuff. Very polite and prompt. They laid down sheets so they wouldn't track mud in my house. They also added a vent and duct where I needed an extra one. They kept me informed of progress and when complete they stayed late to thoroughly test and educate me on the new unit/thermostat. I didn't meet Steve, but John, Manny and Ben were all top notch guys. They were also mindful of my blind cat, which I appreciated. I'd recommend Blain Service based on my experience for sure. They were able to get here almost a week before originally quoted, and they got it done in one day. Those guys worked pretty hard, I was impressed.
