Usually very good food & service. Last night I ordered online, as I have done numerous times, got my food & quickly looked at labels on all 3 boxes, they were correct. Got home and one box had a completely different pizza that we have never ordered. I called the store, a young guy answered, he told me to come back to store and he would make the correct pizza & wouldn’t charge me for it. Really?? They messed up & “aren’t going to charge me” like there was a chance they would charge me?? Not to mention he talked like a surfer dude from an 80’s movie. I said please take down what we ordered & start on it. When I got there they handed me a box & said here you go, sorry about that. I opened the box to check and it was wrong again!!!!! Then another guy said is this the one opening another box. Finally had my son’s correct pizza in my hand. The manager never came to the phone, the kid on the phone asked her to. She never revealed herself when I went back to get pizza. Terrible customer service.

I really don’tnLike leaving a poor review but if I am going to spend nearly 50$ on pizza I would prefer to be treated like a normal human being. There was no organization or explanation. My wife clearly informed the individual that was working we had never been to mod before but the person did not obviously care to inform us how it works. The individual asked what we wanted and after informing him what we would like he said I don’t take that order here you do that somewhere else. At that point I was confused and the whole experience just went downhill from there. They employee childish individuals who can’t communicate thoroughly and are afraid to speak up and give someone directions from A-Z how things are done. I will not be bringing my family back since there are so many other great pizza places out there.

Pizza was great! Drink machine was out of CO2. Told them 3x. 3 others told them too. So I paid for a drink for nothing.

Okay, so my hankerin' for artesan pizza led me to try Mod Pizza for the first time. Of course, the employee read the confusion on my face and determined I was uninitiated in the MODern ways. She was as happy about that as she was astute and eagerly showed me the path to delicious custom pizza and enough cheesy bread to feed a small Italian village. So, bonus! I went home with plenty of goodies to quell that late night snack attack. Service was quick and friendly, restaurant was cleannI recommend Mod Pizza for your next pizza adventure.
