First we loved Burger King. Not so much anymore. Twice we have been here ordering through the mobile app and twice they left stuff off my order. Each time I tried to contact the store directly, but only got the 1-866 number which also has poor customer service. They have no information and a supervisor will call you within 2 hours....really!?! There is no information on who the General Manager is and the 866 number can't even give you the District Manager's name or number, let me guess why. An employee came from somewhere in the store and called my son a name, great customer service! They grilled him about what we ordered even though he had the order number. Beware of the customer service here and if you do go double check your order before leaving since they can't.

2pm Sunday 2/21nnI wanna say the drive thru was long but the team got everyone good efficiently. They got our order correct the whoppers tasted great and the fries were fresh, perfectly salted! Good job y’all!!!

I love Burger King. Flame broil burger just taste much better. But, this new place is a bit off to a bad start. Used a coupon for two meals. They where a lot smaller than they should be. They suppose to be Whoppers and they gave us What seems to be a Whopper Junior. Not very professional. Will drive to the others near by instead.

Tonight, Billy being the solo restaurant manager was awesome.. even though we had a long line, order was accurate and didn’t wait very long. He was also training and serving! Great customer service!

It's new so of course the drive thru line was long, but not terrible. Employees were VERY friendly and upbeat, especially when dealing with sooo many customers. And my order was correct :)
