Amazing resturant! Pretty big, and there isn't much wait through the dive through. Very efficient, very tasty. Would definitely recommend!

We go here often. Usually it’s a good experience and I understand things happen. This evening I ordered dinner on the CFA app for my kids and I. Went out on a limb and tried the new spicy grilled chicken sandwich. The chicken itself was good but unfortunately the lettuce and tomatoes apparently were soaking wet and my bun was completely soggy to the point of not being able to hold the sandwich together. To make matters worse, our fries were just over 1/2 full. I paid for 2 medium and 1 large fry and got the equivalent of 2 kids sized fries and 1 medium. Are y’all having a fry shortage over there? Do better please.

Ordered on app, they charged me a diifferent amount and failed my reward redemption after the fact. Told me to wait in front. Nobody came to help. Finally a mgr came, made excuses and after complaining no refund just some coupons. After 10 min wasted finally left. Got home, and of course whole order was cold by then.....And, they messed up the order. The bags and check labels were right, but they gave was 1 wrong sandwich, and messed up a kids meal that had an up charge in it but mo mac and cheese, kust cold fries!!! Everyone was unhappy. Then tried to call the store number, and it did not work, just a voice mail that's not set up???? Looked for other numbers, nope!!!! Third messed up order this week there

They had dine-in service available with orders taken at the table rather than in line. As you expect from Chick-fil-A the food and the service were excellent and the staff was very friendly and welcoming
