My grandparents love wendy's and go to this place almost weekly. They've stated that it's better than the one in Waxahachie and the food is nice and fresh.nI have now visited this establishment multiple times. Unfortunately, the most recent visits haven't been the best. Every time my mother orders a burger without mayonnaise, there is mayonnaise on the burger, and the food can be cold sometimes, especially if you order from the app (The app itself is fine, its just our food has always turned out cold whenever we order through it.)nI love the menu products from Wendy's but this isn't the best restaurant to experience it.
Had some issues with an order, but the manager was really nice about it and went above and beyond to fix it. Maybe the others working there aren’t all that great, but she’s cool. Thanks Wendy’s manager lady.
Don't let the lack of cars in the parking lot fool you. There is at least 7 people working when there is not a single car in the lot. Plus they were open when we were covered in and sliding around on ice! Food was fresh and delicious.

If I can give a Zero, I will ,bad customer service, the staff looks like they don't want to be there, as soon as I got to the window, they didn't acknowledge me at all, I asked for cream and sugar for my coffee and they forgot.i have to get back to get it through the drive thru and I had to wait until they realized I was parked at the window. Also, I ordered sausage and gravy in a biscuit, not even close of that they are advertising!!!nGet it together Wendy's!!
