They had no signs that said Dining Room Closed so My friend & I had a choice cancel or eat. So we were starving & ate.nFood was good.
They need to hire more people or do something differently. They make you drive around and park in front but then don’t know what you ordered. Each time I come here it’s bad experience after bad experience. Love the food but its better to drive further out to a different location. I normally don’t write reviews but I am now because I actually have the time since I’m still waiting on my food... two entrees, that’s it.
No mask signs. Chewed out because I did not have one on. Hand sanitizers empty. Take out only. Portions small for this location. Not changing gloves between orders. Touching masks.
I'll give them 2 stars because the service was good, I got my food almost immediately but when I got home and started eating I realized it wasn't very fresh and the orange chicken had a weird taste like it had been grilled the breaded and fried. The fried rice was horrible. I had to load everything down with soy sauce except for the egg rolls, those were good. Only had panda express once before in the a long time ago and can honestly say ill probably never go back.
Lobby was closed so the line was very very long. The service was extremely slow. After waiting for 20 minutes inline for an order placed online. We had to wait another 10 minutes out front for them to make our meal. Just rediculous
