Fast friendly service. I know this is a chicken place but I really love their catfish. Food is consistently hot and fresh.

This is now the second time this location has messed up our food order! I didn’t call last time bc I didn’t want to be a Karen! This time my order was missing my entire meal, the other meals for my family were missing gravy, the biscuits were so hard we could have played baseball with them and the food was cold. I tried to call and speak with a manager and I was placed on hold. Then someone came on the phone and said um uh yea you are going to have to hold for a while like a few minutes because we are super busy okay? Hold ................. needless to say never spoke to anyone so I will be calling in the morning! To bad I had to give one star bc that isn’t even deserved!!

AMAZING place, very kind and considerate. We had some issues with door dash and ashley I believe a manager was extremely helpful and got everything worked out with ease. Decently will be back !!

Placed a drive thru order, got home and immediately noticed we were shorted tenders. I called back up to the restaurant and spoke to a gentlemen on the phone about the shortage. He took my name and asked if I wanted it tonight or for another time. I replied for tonight and proceeded back to CE. Upon arrival, TQ Ross not only filled my missing tender order, he added a few extra for the inconvenience. He was very professional and extremely courteous!!
